Chris joined us in 2010 and is the Product and Services Director at Advania. Starting his career as a developer, in the early 2000s he began to specialise in content management and SharePoint and spent a decade as an independent consultant, including a spell with Microsoft.
As Products and Services Director, Chris oversees our core service lines including Modern Workplace, Azure, Cyber Security and Compliance, and Fresh – our digital workplace product.

Anoop is a Development Architect at Advania and has been with us for more than five years. In November 2021, Anoop was awarded MVP status for the first time.
Starting out as a SharePoint developer in his home country of India, in 2011 Anoop moved to Scotland to pursue a course in management. He has been working in Microsoft consultancy ever since, focusing on SharePoint projects with responsibilities ranging from requirements gathering to delivery.

Jon has worked within the Microsoft cloud space for over a decade originally migrating users to Exchange Online as a Technical Consultant. Throughout the years his passion has moved towards security with Intune and Microsoft Defender XDR. I’m specialized in product management for applications built and integrated with Microsoft 365. Over my 15 years of experience, I’ve worked in development, management, marketing, and sales of SaaS applications. I’m known for my versatility in both the technical and commercial aspects of the product business. I work as a Senior Product Manager for Fresh Intranet at Advania UK, where I work closely with commercial and technical roles, supporting the further development and growth of the Fresh Intranet business.
