Advania, the new name for Content+Cloud, is all in on Copilot for Microsoft 365. We’ve deployed it to all of our UK staff – that’s over 1,000 users – and used our own experience to create a tailored offering for our mutual customers.
How we embraced Copilot for Microsoft 365Â
We started early, joining the Early Access Programme (EAP) in October 2023 and getting our hands on Copilot before anyone else. We quickly saw the potential of this artificial intelligence (AI) assistant and decided to run a pilot with 50 of our key users from different teams. We used Microsoft Purview, SharePoint Advanced Management, and our scripts to protect our data and documents and build a solid cyber foundation.
The pilot was a huge success, and we got tons of positive feedback and value from our users. They loved how Copilot helped them work faster, smarter and more creatively. They also came up with some brilliant use cases for Copilot that we could share with our customers. This helped us solidify our decision to roll it out across our whole organisation.
Developing our commercial offering for Copilot for Microsoft 365
But we didn’t stop there. We also used our expertise and knowledge in Microsoft 365 to create a unique offering for Copilot for Microsoft 365. We designed a Copilot Readiness Assessment, a Copilot Adoption Framework and a Copilot Training and Engagement Programme. These are all aimed at helping customers get ready, get started and get the most out of Copilot for Microsoft 365.
And guess what? It worked. We’ve delivered many successful Copilot engagements to our customers, helping them realise the value and benefits of Copilot for Microsoft 365.
We lead with our customer success unit, focused on business change and user adoption, helping customers to run a structured pilot, develop valuable use cases, embed Copilot in their daily activities and mitigate their data risks. We also measure the value and satisfaction of Copilot users and use that data to build a business case and prioritise the deployment for the rest of the organisation.
We think our approach is unique, setting us apart from other Microsoft partners. We don’t just sell Copilot, we help our customers adopt it and love it.
We’re always looking for new ways to improve and innovate with Copilot such as adding more knowledge sources, skills and use cases. We’re also helping customers extend their Copilot experiences with Copilot Studio and adopt the wider Microsoft AI stack, leading with Azure Open AI.
We are also experimenting with Copilot Agents, automating tasks and processes to save users even more time and energy. Some of the use cases we are testing with Copilot Agents are:
- Generating invoices and sending them to clients automatically
- Creating and updating project plans and dashboards based on emails and chats
- Scanning and summarising relevant news and articles for our industry and customers
- Booking travel and accommodation for our business trips
