Azzure Quality Management System
Overview
Azzure IT’s Quality Management Module provides customers with a fully configurable application by extending their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central System.
Highly configurable, the module allows businesses to create and manage their Inspection and Non Conformance process.
Inspections can be applied to manufacturing operations, goods inward, goods out, quality auditing, and documentation checking.
Non-Conformances can be created for any non-compliance or quality issue and associated directly with documents within Business Central.

Inspections

| Pass or Fail | These are based on an inspection questionnaire or checklist and allow you to automate your inspection process. |
| Segregate Goods | Automated to the process of segregating goods into separate locations while pending inspection and quarantine for failed goods. |
| Item Tracking | Fully integrated with Item Tracking and Reservations. Allowing inspections to be tracked against individual lots and serial numbers. |
| Visibility | Easily identifies goods pending inspection and the results of all completed inspections. |
| Easy to Use | Wizard-based approach to creating inspection rules and fully documented example scenarios. Allowing you to get started quickly |
Non Conformances

| Root Cause Analysis | Categorise and Analyse the Non-Conformances to detail who, what, where, when, and how issues arose. |
| Improvement Plans | Create long term improvement goals and track their progress within Business Central |
